Christy A. Zlatkus, Esquire
Christy A. Zlatkus is an exceptional oral advocate and family law attorney with over a decade of experience providing compassionate counsel to clients in their most challenging moments. A self-described “family law nerd,” Christy loves poring over transcripts to identify evidentiary objections and reviewing the latest case law, and she is passionate about appellate advocacy as an opportunity to shape public policy as our families evolve.
Christy is licensed to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia, and is an active member of the Bar Associations of Montgomery and Frederick counties, and the Maryland State Bar Association. She is also a co-chair of the Montgomery County Bar Foundation’s Continuing Legal Education Committee and is a member of the prestigious Montgomery County, Maryland Bar Foundation Bar Leaders.
John S. Weaver, Esquire
John Weaver has a passion for oral and written client advocacy. He has written more than thirty-five appellate briefs and argued cases before the Maryland Court of Special Appeals and the Maryland Court of Appeals. These appeals have resulted in six reported family law opinions.
John is also a prolific writer and regular speaker on family law matters. He frequently presents Continuing Legal Education seminars on various family law topics. He is actively involved in the Bar Association of Montgomery County, Maryland, and is a member of the Family Law sections of the Maryland State Bar Association and the American Bar Association, and serves as a member of the Bar Association of Frederick County, the ABA Section of International Law Task Force on International Parental Child Abduction Mediation, and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC).
Inna Loring, Esquire
Inna Loring is a skilled advocate who enjoys oral argument as much as legal writing and research. Framing legal arguments in a succinct and persuasive way is an exciting challenge which Inna welcomes and excels at.
Inna is a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association’s Continuing Legal Education Committee. She practices family law in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
